Colarelli Construction is excited to announce that we will be starting a remodel project for Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) this month. The remodel will consist of three separate phases and will result in a refresh of the current 25,000 square foot ACSI Colorado Springs location.
The scope of work for this project will include construction of new offices, open space for upgraded modular furniture, new finishes in restroom facilities, the addition of an ADA shower, conference room, relocation and upgrades to the existing break room, all new carpet tiles and paint, acoustical ceilings, LED lighting, and modifications to the existing HVAC control system.
The remodel will be lead by Project Manager Ron Davidson, and design is being provided by local architect Bobby Hill of Bobby Hill Designs.
